You will love this well balanced, medium roast coffee and it's hints of chocolate, cinnamon and green apples. When I want to indulge with a little flavored creamer in my coffee, this is my go to because it has an amazing strong flavor without overpowering the flavor in the creamer.
While Mexico is not necessarily known for their coffees, they are one of the largest producers of organic coffee in the world. When you do begin to look for the highest quality coffee beans in Mexico, you will find they come from the Chiapas and Oaxaca regions, which is why that is where we source our coffee beans from. The lush jungles of Chiapas yield coffee beans with a bright sweet flavor, often with hints of clove and apricot. The coastal area of Oaxaco tends to produce a heavier bodied coffee with flavors of chocolate and almonds. Ours is a perfect marriage of beans from both areas that produces a medium bodied coffee with mild flavor and a pleasant acidic snap. After harvesting, these coffee beans are meticulously hand sorted, fully washed, then dried in the sun or in mechanical dryers. You'll be able to taste the care taken to make sure you receive only the highest quality Mexican coffee beans.
