As always, we only use the highest quality, specialty grade beans that score above 80 points, normally 85- 95 points, making them among the top 5-7% of coffee beans in the world.
While we recommend buying whole beans and grinding them right before you brew, we are happy to do the grinding for you.
Freshness is key to great tasting coffee and that is why we never roast our coffee beans until after you place your order. Your order will typically be roasted 1-3 days after placing your order and will be shipped the very same day!
