Nestled along the rim of Tanzania’s breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater—a UNESCO World Heritage site—Gaia Farm is a place where passion, heritage, and nature meet. Managed by siblings Neel and Kavita Vohora, the farm is part of a family legacy that has been growing coffee in Tanzania for generations. Their story is one of dedication—tending volcanic loam soil at 1650–1800 meters above sea level, nurturing each coffee tree to bring out its brightest, most expressive flavors.
This special anaerobic-processed lot captures the warmth and vibrance of its origin. Each sip unfolds with the brightness of dried orange, the lush sweetness of guava, and a silky finish of caramel and chocolate, rounded by a gentle touch of nutmeg. It’s the kind of cup that feels both exotic and familiar—like sunshine spilling into a favorite mug on a cool morning.
From the fertile highlands of Tanzania to your table, this coffee carries the heart of the Vohora family’s care and the richness of the land they steward. A comforting companion for November, brewed for moments that remind you just how good life tastes when it’s slow and intentional.
