Grown in the legendary coffee region of Sidama at elevations of 2,000–2,200 meters, this Ethiopia Natural showcases everything people love about naturally processed coffees—and the rare clarity that comes from true specialty-grade quality. Produced on small family farms in the Oromia zone and sun-dried in whole cherry, the beans absorb the fruit’s natural sweetness before hulling, creating a cup that’s bright yet delicate, with notes of caramel, vanilla, florals, and berry. Expect the classic wine-like, fruit-forward character natural-process fans seek out, elevated by the clean, refined profile that sets specialty-grade Ethiopian coffee apart. Perfect for anyone searching for exceptional Ethiopian natural coffee, Sidama single origin, or heirloom varietal flavor at its best.

All of our coffee beans score above 80, most of them scoring 85-90 pts, making them Specialty grade coffee beans and among the top 5-7% of coffee beans in the world.
For maximum freshness we recommend buying whole beans and grinding right before brewing, but we are happy to grind them for you.
Freshness is key to great tasting coffee and that is why we never roast our coffee beans until after you place your order. Your coffee will typically be roasted 1-3 days after placing your order and will be shipped shortly after that!
